Q: "Do you have a store?"
A: Unfortunately we are solely based online, we do pop-up store locations between Melbourne and Sydney.Check our IG: @sarahijabs.co for our next pop-up location in our highlights.
Q: "Do you offer pick-ups?"
A: Unfortunately we have stopped providing pick-ups for orders as of the 5th of January 2023. If you are local, select local drop off and the order will be delivered to you for a small fee of $5.00.
Q: "Do you offer worldwide shipping? How much does it cost?"
Alhamdulilah, we ship worldwide. For rates, place items in your cart and fill your address.. The shipping costs will be added accordingly.
Q: "When will you restock .... items"
A: Our garments are hand-made and made to order. We do not support fast fashion, due to these circumstances, restocks may take up to 8 weeks.
In order to take advantage of restock dates, follow our IG @sarahijabs.co, we update restock dates on our story.
Q: "How long will my order take to process and arrive?"
A: Peak periods (EID/RAMADAN), orders are packed daily (Monday-Friday).
Orders are given no processing time during these periods.
OFF-PEAK periods: orders may take 1-3 days to process and pack and your order will arrive depending on whether you've selected standard or express shipping.
Australia wide orders:
Standard: 2-5 business days
Express: 1-3 business days
International orders:
Your estimated time of arrival depends on which country you order from. Refer to our confimation email.
Q: "Can I refund my order?"
A: We do not offer refunds for change of mind orders.
